Adria Solutions choose Instilled to design and implement a complete rebrand of their recruitment website.
North West based Digital, IT and Marketing sector recruitment consultants appointed Instilled in August to help realign their brand.
The project started with initial meetings in August. From the outset it was clear that the business had completely outgrown it’s existing branding and recruitment website. We spent some time researching the market sector, competitors and gaining a good understanding of Adria and its people before embarking on any creative ideas. It soon became clear that the core to Adria’s success was their people and the approachable and friendly way in which they do business. It was this understanding that laid the foundations for our brief.
The new logo uses a rounded and less formal modern font. We used the existing Adria blue to retain some brand heritage and instilled two core brand features into the logo, incorporating a friendly nature in the highlighted yellow smile along with the Adria degree mark which denotes the three sectors of operation and includes the smile element. Combined and used as a degree mark this helps Adria communicate their 360 degree approach to recruitment.
Central to the project was the development of a new WordPress website. The site now has an updated jobs board and an open, easy to read layout. As with all the sites we build at Instilled, special attention is given to ensure that the site is easy to amend, change and grow alongside the business. https://adriasolutions.co.uk/
