Heritage Joinery Solutions, specialists in high-quality bespoke joinery, needed a website that reflected the craftsmanship and professionalism of their brand. Their previous site, hosted on the Yell platform, had grown outdated and no longer aligned with their updated messaging, services, or brand values.
Instilled was brought on board to design and build a completely new website, grounded in WordPress. Our first priority was to migrate and rework the existing content—ensuring it was more relevant, better structured, and far more engaging. Working in collaboration with their SEO team, we shaped the content to be clearer for their multiple customer types, each with unique needs.
Built with performance and flexibility in mind, the new site gives Heritage full ownership and control. No more developer reliance for updates—just easy-to-manage content, intuitive navigation, and smart internal linking. We also introduced a modern, responsive design, optimised for mobile, which now accounts for over half their website traffic.
Secondary graphics were developed to add depth and consistency, creating a cohesive visual identity. We also addressed technical must-haves: page speed, GDPR compliance, cookies, and SEO tools are all baked into the build.
All development was done on a staging server, keeping the existing site live until the new one was ready—ensuring zero downtime and a smooth transition.
