Aceso Homecare brand development and new website

Aceso is an established, family run home care service based in Sandbach and Cheadle, Staffordshire.
The business had an established brand which had become stale and wanted a refresh of their branding, along with a redevelopment of their existing website to better showcase their range of services and make it easier for their clients, and their families, to find the home care services that they need.
As the company is growing, there is also a need for experienced staff and the new website showcases vacancies and allows candidates to apply online for roles.

Website — Key Features
The new website has been designed to create a strong, credible digital presence while making it easier for patients, professionals, prospective employees and partners to quickly find the information most relevant to them.
A strong, trust-led homepage
The homepage establishes credibility from the first interaction, bringing together the organisation’s history, expertise, services and locations in a clear and engaging way. It communicates experience and authority without overwhelming the user, while providing clear routes into the areas that matter most.
Clear, patient-friendly service pages
Services are presented through dedicated, easy-to-navigate pages, using clear and accessible language to explain what is offered and who it is for. The structure helps users quickly understand the organisation’s areas of expertise while providing sufficient depth for those looking for more detailed information.
Clear journeys for different audiences
The site recognises that not every visitor arrives with the same needs. Patient and service information is clearly separated from Careers content, creating distinct journeys for patients, prospective employees and other audiences. This makes the experience more intuitive while allowing each area of the website to communicate in the appropriate tone and level of detail.
A clear structure for multiple sectors and services
The information architecture has been developed to accommodate a broad range of sectors, services and areas of expertise without making the website feel complicated. Clear navigation and a consistent page structure allow users to move naturally between related content and understand how the different parts of the organisation fit together.
A strong sense of place
The organisation’s two locations are given a clear presence across the website, helping to establish a stronger connection between the digital experience and the physical organisation. Location-specific information is easy to find, while the overall site reinforces the identity and reach of the business.
Compliance and accessibility built in
The website has been developed with the essential foundations for a responsible and accessible digital experience in place. This includes privacy and cookie requirements, sitemap and technical considerations, and accessibility best practice. These elements help ensure the site is not only visually effective, but also robust, usable and fit for purpose.
A scalable foundation for growth
The website has been structured with future growth in mind. Its flexible content architecture provides a foundation for adding new services, locations, sectors, content and functionality over time without requiring a fundamental redesign of the site.
The result is a website that:
- Projects immediate credibility, communicating the organisation’s history, experience and expertise from the first interaction.
- Makes information easier to find, with clear navigation and intuitive pathways across sectors, services and key audiences.
- Creates distinct user journeys, separating Careers from patient and service information so each audience can quickly reach the content they need.
- Explains services clearly, using accessible, patient-friendly language without compromising on depth or professionalism.
- Strengthens the organisation’s identity, giving both locations a clear and meaningful presence within the overall digital experience.
- Builds trust, through a considered combination of content, structure, accessibility, compliance and clear communication.
- Provides a scalable platform, allowing the website to evolve alongside the organisation as new services, locations and opportunities emerge.
Ultimately, the website provides a more confident and cohesive digital front door for the organisation — one that reflects its established expertise while creating a clearer, more accessible experience for the people it serves.
