Branding and new website for Northumberland-based Bath House Interiors

The brand
MD Gemma Cornes came to us with a clear vision and an early logo idea. Together we crafted it into a polished final mark, then created a full set of versions and file formats so it works everywhere, from print to social media. From there we developed the wider Bath House brand with Gemma: primary and secondary colour palettes, a font palette, and secondary graphics and icons that give the brand its own visual language. Bath House stands on its own, but we built in subtle links to its sister business, MC Heating, so customers can see the two belong together. Everything is captured in a set of brand guidelines, and all brand assets were set up in Canva so Gemma’s team can create on-brand marketing in-house.

The website
The new WordPress website takes its design lead from Gemma’s own presentation layouts, and we worked on the design together at every stage. Clean layouts and beautiful photography are the cornerstones of the site, giving Bath House the gravitas and credibility it deserves. Above all, the site is built to make getting in touch easy. Clear calls to action and simple contact routes appear throughout, so a potential customer is never more than a click away from talking to Bath House directly. Gemma supplied the written content and photography, and we shaped them into a site that feels as considered as the brand behind it.

Really pleased with the website — it captures MC Plumbing & Heating as a proper Northumberland business perfectly. The design is clean, professional and easy to navigate. It was a bonus working with a Hexham-based team who truly understood the local area.
