Two websites integrated into one for Nova Consultants

Nova Consultants is an established consultancy providing practical compliance support for Insolvency Practitioners. The business grew out of two separate practitioners joining forces under one name, but its online presence never made that change. Each side of the practice kept its own website, a single landing page on the .co.uk and another on the .com, each with its own identity and content.
For a consultancy whose clients rely on clarity and confidence, this was a problem. Visitors had no clear sense of who Nova Consultants was, what it stood for, or how the two halves of the practice fitted together. Instead of a single, cohesive brand, clients met two disconnected pages that undersold the strength of the combined business.
Nova approached Instilled to bring everything together. The goal was to create a unified corporate identity and a single website for clients, with both directors given equal standing in the content. Traffic to each of the original sites also needed to be carried over, so no existing visitors or search visibility would be lost in the move.
Nova’s experience is a common one. As a business evolves, its website needs to evolve with it. A site that no longer reflects how a company operates can quietly undermine its credibility, which is why keeping a web presence current is as important as the original build.

Instilled delivered
- Rebrand and secondary graphics: A unified corporate identity that brings the two sides of the practice together under one brand, supported by a set of secondary graphics for a consistent look across the site.
- Website redesign and redevelopment: A single, modern website on the .co.uk that gives both directors equal standing and presents Nova Consultants as one cohesive business.
- Contact forms: Simple, easy-to-use forms that make it straightforward for Insolvency Practitioners to get in touch and ask about support.
- Client photography: Professional photography that puts a face to the business, adding personality and credibility to the site.
- Clear calls to action and user journey: A logical path through the site, with prompts at the right moments guiding visitors towards making an enquiry.
- Hosting and maintenance: Ongoing hosting and care for the site, keeping it secure, up to date and performing well.
- Redirection of the .com: The original .com site now redirects to the new .co.uk, so existing visitors and search visibility carry over and nothing is lost in the move.
